Sailing for my second time, I had the chance to travel with mysailingexperience skippers and 37´ Beneteau Wind of Change, from Ionian to Saronic gulf. Departing Lefkada port we sailed to wonderful Fiscardo Cephalonia, were we stayed for the first night. The next morning and after our anchor-boat interaction with Bulgari's super yacht, we anchored for swimming at Afales - Ithaka. Pure, with Aries walking alongside, virgin sandy beach invited you to swim to and walk on it. One of the best sea spots worldwide I would say. Leaving with destination Vathi, Ithaka's main port, and with wind of 7-9 knots, we had the chance to use the Pink! gennaker Wind Of Change had on board. Skippers Thanos & Yannis sailed her nicely and fast through the blue sea. Vathi, the nice big natural harbor of Ithaki, hosted us and early the next morning 05.00 we depart for our long leg to Trizonia Corinthian sea. With a wind of 20-25 knots, and after crossing the bridge of Rio we moored in the quite port of Trizonia at around 16.00, where we got some rest. Next day heading to Galaxidi for breakfast and after a long interaction with a flock of dolphins, must have been more than 30 of them dancing bow of Wind of Change,  we head straight through the Corinthian Strait in the Saronic Gulf. Night sailing, creates different emotions, with a nonstop trip under winds of 15-25 knots, heading bow to Sounio cape, and crossing the imperial illuminated temple of Poseidon to end to Lavrio port, where we moored around 06.00 in the morning. Tireless boat and skippers made that trip outstanding even though it was a fast delivery. I am seriously thinking of joining myexperiencesailing team and looking forward to our next trip.

Your commThis was our first time we chartered a sailing yacht. We are two couples, all of us around the 50s. Embarkation went very smoothly at Paros Harbor. Our skipper offered us a warm welcome. He helped us with the luggage. Not to mention that he had arranged for all necessary food and toiletry staff from the local Super market according to our email instructions the week before. Our sailing boat was a 45 Benetaeu built in 2014. We found everything on her to be very clean. Every employee I met greeted me and everyone was very friendly. We departed around 15:00. The weather was sunny and hot with a very pleasant breeze of 15 Kts (according to our skipper). Our skipper didn’t hesitate to set sails immediately after our exit from the harbor. I personally was taught how to hold the steering wheel of the boat. I was very pleased with this. We visited Iraklia, Koufonisia and Naxos. We had unbelievable time with great food at local taverns, our skipper Yiannis knows all the secrets. Secret beaches with unbelievable blue and clean water. We did snorkeling too. I finally became the official steering officer of our boat. Unfortunately our sailing trip last only for a week return to Milano back with the best pictures in my mind. We will definitely try it next year too. Thank you Yannis.
